Taking the time

Weithiau, mae'n hawdd aros ar y ddesg dros amser cinio, ond rydw i erioed wedi edifaru mynd allan am dro a chymryd amser i stopio gwaith a mwynhau'r parc.

Sometimes it's easy to stay on the desk over lunch, but I've never regretted to go out for a while and take time to stop work and enjoy the park
