Entrance

There's a path that leads from where people put their cars to the north end of our front porch, and thence to our front door - the entrance to our house. The path is an old brick herringbone pattern path The Husband created many years ago. Yesterday I spent quite some time cutting back the ivy and what not that had grown out a good 10 inches on one side of it, rendering it a very narrow and not very entrancing path. It's better now! For the moment.

I did a quick fartnarkle to make there be some pink in it, for Pinktober. Some rather odd pink - really. I assumed the pink would show up the bricks which actually are pinkish in places, but no - it turned the green stuff to pink. I also know that makes it not exactly mono for MonoMonday, but hey. You do what you gotta do. Right? Right.
