Looking Up

With our office looking across at the Castle, it's kind of easy to forget how spectacular the view is from immediately below...

A hectic day, which included getting someone having a seizure in the street into the recovery position and making sure they maintained an airway while waiting 25 minutes for an ambulance, a board meeting, my annual performance review, a meeting up at The Hub (hence the walk along Johnston Terrace) and then catching up on all the usual work stuff I missed while doing all the other stuff!

I'd really like a quiet evening in now, but I ought to go for a run...
