Immigrants remembered

This outdoor display at the Fremantle Maritime Museum lists names of many of the early immigrants that have come to Australia from all over the world.

The names and families make interesting reading as you can see the variety of cultures that have started to make Australia the truly multicultural country that it is.

Ealier blips have shown shots of sculptures that celebrate the early Maltese immigrants. The sculptures help to make this area of the old wharf a most interesting place to take in and see some of our early history.
