The entrance for light into a camera?
A view through the lens of my father's Kodak Retina which was my entrance into photography. The main image is two combined, one focused and exposed for the distant trees, and one for the film runners at the back of the camera. The outline of the distant view is the leaves of the diaphragm. I couldn't get the diaphragm into focus - I'm going to assume that is due to it being between some of the lens elements?
In the extra, one with the synchro compur shutter part way open.
My effort for this week's Mono Monday for which JDO has set the theme of entrance.
