On the Lookout

Mum was super busy cleaning the house this morning, and then she did this thing that is a Clear Indication that we are expecting visitors. She opened a fresh packet of coffee! I started running around her, woofing in anticipation, and then she said the Magic Words! "Alice, B is coming over for coffee". Yay!! I LOVE B!

I spent the following hour or so running around the house like a maniac, barking and jumping up on my chair from which I can see out of the kitchen window, which is where B can first be spotted. Oh, what a welcome I gave her when she finally arrived! She had a whole box only for me with liver pate, cheese, sausage and ham in delicious little pieces. Brilliant!!

The humans had those nice homemade pear muffins. The best afternoon!
