2017 Sunday -- Beach Scenes

We enjoyed a long, long walk on the sand late this afternoon. The shore was empty, the wind was mild, and the enjoyment was immense.

This weekend seems to have just flown. It feels like we have just gotten here. I'm not at all mentally ready to return to SoCal tomorrow.

But I am ready for the classroom this coming week. I will be returning Quiz #1 to students. I have graded their Comma Rules all throughout this weekend. The quiz is heavily weighted toward students knowing the 8 Comma Rules. Most of my students did a good job of writing them.
