Closing out September

Here we are, just one last day of September. The daytime temperatures are still nice, and the evenings definitely have a chill in the air.

Tonight's topic? SAFFRON! Probably one of the most expensive spices in the world. As much as two thousand dollars per pound depending on quality.

I currently possess TWO grams, purchased at a local store for about $7 per gram. There are 454 grams in a pound.

Shall I use some on my breakfast eggs?, my salmon dinner? or traditional rice?

Please, help me out here folks.
