Concert

This baby girl properly did herself proud tonight. She played her first proper concert- not a school concert, not a band concert, but a concert where people paid money to come listen and her name and photo were in the programme. She played two beautiful pieces. She had to have a box to stand on to announce herself and a higher platform to play from but she blew the room away with her playing. She dealt with her first experience of an unknown, unrehearsed accompanist. An unrehearsed accompanist who screwed up the beginning of her second piece and played too slow. Katie responded with total professionalism and did fantastically. I was so very proud of her. Well done little one
