View from the office

A strangely lovely day. Dreadful weather but I had some work related reading and writing to do so I took myself off in the van ... and sat in a traffic jam on the M6 near Carlisle following a lorry spillage. I turned tail and headed back and sat by Ullswater to work for a while and then went for a late walk up Aira Force (extra). I was the only one there - it was like I had sneaked into a beautiful garden after closing time. Aira was in full flow and magnificent.
