A basic phone snap of one of the orchids on my kitchen windowsill. There were more important things to do than take pictures today.
Brought j home for a few hours, for the first time since he was admitted to hospital in may. He thoroughly enjoyed trout for lunch after hospital catering. His new treatment seems to be having an effect, and a further session is planned for tomorrow. Feeling really positive, though very aware it's only a small step on a long road back.
