Scheveningen

We have left Lenno and started on our way back to Aberdeen. As our route takes us through Holland we decided to stop off in The Hague for a couple of days.

It was raining in Amsterdam but by the time we reached The Hague the rain had stopped. A tram over to Scheveningen and we have reached our destination.

The beach cafes are still open, but we were told some of them will be closing today.

We had dinner in an Italian restaurant, just for a change! A pleasant evening, not too cold, though we were well wrapped up!

There must have been a nice sunset this evening, I am not quite sure how we missed it as our room faces the sea, and I thought we had been out most of the time since we arrived. Anyway there is a very nice shot of the sunset and the pier here:
