Writ in Stone

I managed to get out a ride on Brie this morning before the torrential rain started to fall. She was a good girl and put up with my persistent requests to halt. 85% of the time she reacted just on voice and the slightest contact on the reins. 10% needed a more definite ask from me. 5% she just tried to tank onward. Not bad really. Eat, sleep, repeat. She was also reasonably well stood when mounting before and after our outing.

Myself and Gorgeous managed to get soaked at walkies time - There was no avoiding the rain, we just had to put up with it...and discover that our waterproofs aren't really that waterproof anymore!

I'm off to work now, he is in the shed carving the latest commission, a house sign.
