BCAM - Day 1

Well here we are in October and as breast cancer awareness month is a worldwide campaign, we here in Blipfoto like to do our part in raising awareness too!

So how about the dedication cake I made for church today to start things off. I have added the wedding cake in the extra too, but as it's blue, it didn't quite make the cut for BCAM.

The bride absolutely loved the cake and even took the extra butterflies to give out to the kids at the wedding. I was sooooo pleased to see her reaction to the cake. It really does make me very happy.

Daisy has arrived from Toronto safe and sound and has already had yum cha which she enjoyed very much. Showed her around the Plaza after lunch and as it's the weekend it was bustling with people everywhere. Very pleasant indeed.

Today is China National Day and hence a public holiday, and as it's a Sunday, tomorrow will be a public holiday too. How nice that we can both show Daisy our amazing city.
