Tent existence

Saw several tents pitched in the underpasses of Milton Keynes today.

Also saw a small autonomous delivery pod, about the size of a large coolbox and surmounted with a bright orange penant, being accompanied by a man wearing a white sweatshirt bearing an orange logo. Maybe the pods have to be accompanied to make sure nobody tries to steal them?
