Fungus (Again)

I had a busy morning helping out at Mrs madwill’s Open Studio day. Trade was steady all morning.

I did manage to pop out briefly to photograph this lovely fungus on the grass outside the front door. I had to create a shadow with my body as without it the sunlight bleached out the colours.

In the afternoon I had to leave to go across to south Leeds to take our son’s dog out for walk (he had gone out for the day). I took her to Middleton park - and halfway round it started raining and it just got heavier and heavier. Fortunately I had taken waterproofs with me, but poor Milo was absolutely soaked.

Homemade chicken korma with cauliflower and coconut ‘rice’ for tea…and a few beers to help it along.
