Kookaburra

I've always loved the sound of a kookaburra but it's tricky to see one up close. We were really lucky today that this one literally landed at our feet while we were out walking. It then jumped up on the fence nearby. Didn't seem too fussed to get its picture taken but didn't want to push my luck getting to close!
