Three's a Crowd

The sparrows often push the little wax-eyes out of the way at the feeder.  I got this before a little light pruning.  The All Blacks inspired me to get out and do something.  It's very satisfying to hack the native shrubs into submission.  They are pretty untidy looking but provide a barrier between our driveway and the lane that leads to the last houses before the walkway up the hill. The rain has come in now so I didn't  have to do too much.  Another couple came and had brunch with us and watched the test match All Blacks v Argentina.
