Better late

Its not been a very nice day. And I've faffed around, and not achieved very much. I did run up a couple of little black skirts, as I have finally given in to H&E's pleas to go to Girls Brigade, which, of course, means uniforms. I'm not totally sold on the idea, they seem to do a lot of marching and praying, but anything that encourages clean finternails can't be all bad.

My picture today is of a cross stitch I started when my grandson was born. He started school last month. I suppose I should get it finished (nearly there).
