Old friendships

Sandra and I have been friends since university in the early 1970s. It IS a long time ago now.

She came to see us from her home in  Durham today. The time sped by as we caught up on each others' news. She has two granddaughters now and we saw photos and videos of them. It's lovely to see them developing.

I took her to the station for her train home and captured this shot before she left. My own ghostly image appears in the reflection of the window, but you would be hard pressed to see if I had not mentioned it.

Aggie is much more comfortable, but doesn't like the stairs!
