Rogus and Blue

I have no idea if that's how you spell 'Rogus' by the way, but it will have to do!

Today was Day 1 of the Cathedral's Harvest Festival event.  It was very sweet and very much like last year's except the pair of grey horses, Harvey and Silver, had been exchanged for a black pair, Rogus and Blue.  Rogus is the one in the middle.  Everyone wanted to pat them and have a picture taken with them.  Cute, huh?  You could also have a ride in the cart round the Inner Close.

I went into the Cathedral hoping to see the usual display of scarecrows made by local primary schools, but this year there were only two :(  However, I did meet a friend who I haven't seen for ages, which was lovely, and I saw the Cathedral's resident robin being chased around the nave by a couple of small boys desperate to get a picture of it on their phone.  (No chance).
