El Loco Taco

A number of food trucks have popped up on the island over the past few months.  I took some photos of the more colourful ones and decided to use El Loco Taco for the main blip and include a couple of the others as extras.   The business is moving into a building that has been empty for awhile, and it's a great central location for a restaurant.   It used to be a Shell gas station, so it's taken a long time to get the site cleaned up.  There have been long lineups at El Loco Taco all summer.  Apparently the fish tacos are very good, highly recommended by one of our friends.  I'm looking forward to trying them in the new location.
