Feedback

Day two of our workshop facilitation course started with positive feedback: each member of the team had to sit in a chair at the front while their colleagues called out positive words to describe them. It was all about raising our self regard and confidence. When I was young it would have made me cringe, today I sat up and thanked everyone.
