Day 271 Flowers for Mummy

The flower ladies at the local church invited Lily and her friend Eleanor to do their own flower arrangement for the funeral tomorrow. The flowers were Alex’s favourite fuchsias, lavender and rosemary, along with Calla lilies for her daughter. There were lots of butterfly stickers and jewels. A fun time was had by all.

It appears that flower arranging involves lots of chocolate, cake and giggles. I think the girls were quite taken with flower arranging.
