Morning Nap...

We had another little Lola milestone last night.  She took herself off to bed herself.  It was slightly earlier than usual and took us by surprise but before she could change her mind we had closed her crate, put her cover over, lights out and headed to our own bed.  Just what was needed after another day of coughing and sneezing.

Today we had out first formal session with puppy trainer Shona.  Today's lesson concentrated on getting Lola to walk with a loose lead at David's side.  She's never worn a harness before but to our delight she accepted it without any problem and was happy to wear it.

They were out in the garden for about half an hour and it was smiley faces when they came back in.  Both Lola and David had done well.  So much to remember.

After working hard, Lola was ready for her afternoon nap.  As usual she went in search of Goldie and settled down.  I think this photo shows just how much she has grown when you compare it to THIS SHOT of her taken exactly a month ago today.

I have done nothing today except snooze on the chair.  Didn't get much sleep last night due to coughing.  David wisely removed himself to the spare room to try and get some proper rest.  Hoping I won't cough so much tonight.
