Ouch!

I am usually standing around here waiting for a take away meal to be ready for collection. (so not that often).
Today I was waiting for a prescription. Lower back really nippy with slightest jerk or attempt to bend over. Fingers crossed high strength ibuleve type stuff kicks in soon.
