Hemmed in by the weather

When it rains up here, there is no point in even thinking about going out, unless you have to. This is the case today. Apart from the swimming lessons this morning, (we got back without getting hit by the rain) we haven't ventured out at all. I got loads of washing done and drying is being done as I type. We're having a Madhur Jaffrey rogan josh for supper and Rob's made some chappatis to have with it. I did some rice but because we still have an issue with the absorption method on the new induction hob, I do it in the oven.
