Is it a mirage?

A promising start to the day as I took this at about 7.25 this morning, and thought that it looked as though we jut might see some sunshine.  It is now 3pm, - as I post this - there has been just very mediocre sun, and the sky just keep going grey.. Hoping to get a bit of a walk in before and rain comes back!!
