The crop

I decided that the chillis weren't going to ripen any further on the plants, so picked all those that had reached any size and dumped the plants in the compost along with their attendant greenfly. We went up to the allotment later and started to clear a couple more beds - it'll soon be time to put in the garlic and the broad beans.

I'll put these little blighters in the bowl with some ripe fruit and see if they mature at all. I don't suppose they'll be very hot. From the left they are aji lemon (should be yellow), bishop's hat (should be red) and monkeyface (should be yellow, and bigger).
