Smooth Sunday

I met a friend in Glasgow today and received exciting news! And a juice- not a smoothie apparently as it had no milky/dairy stuff in it, so just a juice. With lots of vegetabley goodness to get rid of the cold. Mines is the wee brownish one and my friend got a berry one.
