Fun, Fun, Fun

I spent a lovely afternoon wandering around my favorite places, picking up an item here and an item there, nothing big.  Although, speaking of big, I really, really wanted to bring home a watercolor painting of a Raven that I found at my favorite gallery.  How I avoided it, I'll never know.  Maybe it was the $390 price tag. 

My blip is a picture of a small (7") dessert/salad plate that is part of a line of whimsical dinnerware that has these delightful pictures of animals wearing various vegetables as hats.   I also bought a rat (see Extras).  He's actually a packrat as evidenced by the pack on his back.  He was more than I could resist.  He's also a hand puppet and now he needs a proper name.  I'm sure I've mentioned before that I'm a lover of stuffed animals (properly called "plush", I believe).  I have many of them and each one has an identity that's important to me.  Personally, I think every adult should have a least one.  They're great relievers of stress and they're good for the soul as well.
