Happy birthday

mum....

So we had an adventure and went to the QE Hospital Birmingham on the train.  We got there in plenty of time to have lunch and it was nice - macaroni cheese and oven cooked sweet potato (and reasonable price).

Then it was appointment time.  Professor Yusuf R. was as pleasant as when I saw him in April at his other clinic and after a quick consultation the plan is: -

Reduce the medication that is probably behind the gastritis
Have blood tests (forms thrust in my hands )
Come back have another electrical study
Have a nerve biopsy based on the electrical study

So it looks like I will see a lot of the QE

I wandered across a corridor forms in hand...the vampire man took them smiled and selected 12 sample bottles....yes 12....
But he was good there isn't a mark on my arm

Then I took the birthday girl shopping in the city centre and we finished off with a meal in my favourite Italian restaurant.

Not a bad mummy & daughter day really
