One very tired Morgan family this evening! We have had a perfect Sunday.
First up was swimming, the pool was rather busy when we got there but it didn't hamper our fun too much, thankfully! Once we had breakfasted back at Chez Morgan we packed a picnic, packed ourselves into the car and headed to somewhere we had never been before for a Sunday adventure, and picnic. We had a little walk we were supposed to be following but due to our lack of local knowledge we ended up in the wrong car park (not knowing there were two) and were unable to find the markers to start the walk. It was a National Trust area though so we followed various signposted walks and ended up doing the longest one with the shortest one added on to the end. Chris and I were exhausted and Amelie walked the entire 2.5 hours, so she must be absolutely shattered! A lovely new place to discover, with many options for walks of different lengths. We will definitely go back.

Amelie and Chris have been watching Toy Story since we got back and I have been relaxing with my book in the bath.

I suppose I better put dinner on before we all fall asleep....
