Cored

We've got a new apple corer which is handy because we've also got about 6 kilos of apples from a fellow allotmenteer. This lot are now happily residing in a cake but I'd need to bake every day for a fortnight to use them all up! And I've already used up all my chutney jars so that's a non-starter. Time to get the thinking cap on.
