Black Fungi

Thank you so much for your response to yesterday's dragon flies. Delighted to see it on page two of popular.

Today's woodland walk threw up a new surprise of these black Fungi. I wonder if they can be Fairy Inkcaps on the turn? Any help identifying them gratefully received.
