Waterfall

This spectacle is partially man made. I need to verify this but I believe this small and relatively low level dam may have been built in connection with the Kinlochleven aluminium smelter. The main hydro energy source being the much higher and remote Black Water reservoir.
I believe this now serves as an abstraction system for the public water supply for the village itself.
The West Highland Way passes the foot of the falls so anyone who has trodden that route will recognise it.
