Gardening. Lola Style...
Backblip
Thanks to David being home I was able to get a much needed lie in this morning. Utter bliss as I had spent half the night coughing. Set my alarm for 9am but turned it off and slept till 10am. I could hear Lola in the garden having lots of fun. Ele sent me these photos :-))
Everyone was up by the time I got downstairs at 11.30am. The painter was here too. A cup of tea was very welcome. Slowly getting my voice back but wheezing like an old hag! I've been taking some puffs from one of Alan's ventolin inhalers. It makes such a difference.
Ele and Kenny left just after 1pm. We had a late lunch of bacon sandwiches. Again I spent the day sitting in the corner, coughing and spluttering. Lola came for a cuddle and snooze on my lap and it was lovely. Those brown eyes gazing into mine just melt my heart.
A quiet day and evening and Lola the little devil, barked for half an hour at bedtime (she's not barked all weekend) I suspect to test D to see if he'd come running, which he didn't, so she settled. Chancer! :-)
