Traffic jam in Bairro Alto

I was taking photos in Bairro Alto when I saw a crying girl sitting on the pavement. An old man was talking to the girl and finally more an more people from the street surrounded the girl. She looked like she had hurt her knee. When the ambulance came they put a neck holder on her. There was even a nun comforting the girl.

Obviously the ambulance jammed the narrow streets of Bairro Alto.
