Canary Creeper

I seem to be struggling to keep up at the moment - too many deadlines to get my head round! Hopefully a couple of projects should be wrapped up (at least for a while) tomorrow, and then I might have some breathing space. 

Once again I didn't think about photography until dusk - it comes so early now! I scouted the garden for an interesting flower and then set up the light pad. This Canary Creeper is a bit of a late comer to the garden scene - having dragged its heels all summer it's now decided to put on a wonderful show. I'm just hoping we don't have any early frosts! I love the complex shape of the flower, and the scatter of red freckles in its throat.
