Lothian Bridge Standby Blip
This is the Lothian Bridge at Newtongrange, Midlothian.
I blipped from here before but this is different because of the lovely sunlight on the warm-coloured stone and brick.
The bridge is a 23 arch rail viaduct, originally carrying the Waverley Line from Edinburgh to the Scottish Borders.

We have had a double rehearsal with the band today with an hour break for lunch, which was provided in the shape of bacon or sausage on bread rolls. Thanks to the Dean Tavern staff for that and thanks to the band committee for organising it.
Not planning to do anything else today of any photographic merit, so bridgeblip it is!
