Edinburgh palm prints

I think that it was at my book group the other day that someone mentioned palm prints of famous Edinburgh residents set in concrete next to the City Chambers. This morning I interrupted my walk to work along the High Street to see if I could find them - and I did. (Yes, I know I don't work on Tuesdays. This day will be reclaimed after Christmas...)

On campus today: three meetings (including the one that meant that I had no option but to go into work today), lunch with female STEM students, and more work on the [insert adjective] journal articles due for submission at the end of the week.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; walk to work (13,647 steps).
