. . . said the spider to the fly

It was Helmet collating this morning so was off bright and early.  There was enough people there and I finished about 10ish.  It turned out nice after a foggy start. Went into the garden to see if I could find any spider's webs with droplets on.  There were plenty and I was spoiled for choice.  I took load but I liked this one the best of the spider with the poor unsuspecting fly.  when  I had another wander after lunch the fly was almost all devoured.  There were other spiders wrapping their prey up in (I think is is called) silk.  Fascinating to watch.  
Did some admin after and generally had a quiet afternoon.
After a dull foggy start it turned into a beautiful autumn day.
