KYRA PRACTISING HER NEW RECORDER

Hi there to all my dear blip friends .I hope you have all had a good day.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are when I look after my Grandchildren. I pick them up from School, and have them until 10.30pm. Tuesday is when Kyra has her Recorder Club. She only started last week, As you all know, I have bought her a nice pink recorder& book. When I arrived at  her classroom, the music teacher came out and asked if I had her items, as Kyra was so worried I would have forgotten them...bless her. I handed them to the teacher, and Kyra's face was a picture. She gave me a lovely wave. As you can see here, she is practising at the table. Luckily I could play all the tunes in the book, as I can read some basic music. I was able to play some tunes for her. Obviously, she can't play them yet, as she only knows 2 notes. She liked hearing it though.
On the way home from School, we saw a Slow Worm, and would you believe it, my phone was back at the house charging! So I couldn't take a photo. I was gutted! Having said that, I can't stand snakes and worms, but I would have made the effort, at a distance to get a photo. Never mind, maybe another time!
