A village in shock

Today is the saddest day.
The tranquility of our lovely seaside village is gone.
 We were alerted in the early hours to a brutal attack on two of our residents in their home.
Sadly K was shot and killed and E is in ICU with severe head wounds.
Words cannot express what we feel...
