The Spanish Oyster Opening Champion.

I had the great pleasure of spending the afternoon with the Spanish Oyster Opening Champion Jaret Arias, pictured (left) with Andre our Oyster Farm Manager.
His personal record is that he opened 30 oysters in 1 minute 51 seconds and he came 6th in the world championships. He also happens to be a really nice bloke too.
