Sheltering From The Rain

We decided to go for a walk this morning even though it was raining.

We saw a red squirrel leaping from branch to branch with an acorn in it's mouth but it was too far away to get a decent photo.

A couple of times the rain was so heavy that we stopped to shelter under a tree. This was taken just as the rain eased off a little and the sun came out again. The autumn colours are glorious just now. This only gives a little glimpse of the changing foliage.

Think we all feel a little tired after yesterday.
