Tomatoes

We've had quite a glut of tomatoes this year. They're all grown in our greenhouse and I think we've done really well considering we've only got two plants. The sad thing, of course, is that there are so many surplus that they risk going to waste. I'm going to investigate recipes for tomato sauce and chutney - I just hate the thought of throwing good food away.
