Walk this way.

After my gym visit this morning, I walked through the field's looking for a blip, but there was nothing that lit my candle, so to speak! J came to meet me, and for lunch, he had made some cheese sandwiches, with carrot chutney( from M & S of course) They were really  delicious.  As it was such a sunny day, we went for a drive to Cowbridge, and walked around the Physic Garden. It's a lovely place to go for a relaxing walk around the beautiful gardens.
