Typhoon clouds over Tokyo

I was at our monthly Meetup group (http://www.meetup.com/The-Nerima-West-area-in-Tokyo-Chat-Room-in-English) event in Nerima (a ward in Tokyo). Typhoon Jelawat has struck Japan and is expected to bring heavy rains to Tokyo by 21:00. However, light rains started from about 18:00. I captured these typhoon clouds over west Tokyo from the 19th floor of the Nerima ward government building.
