Notes: Didn't sleep well. Left Susan's 5a, done w/ Palm Harbor YMCA kids tri by 917a. Stopped at the house and then for beer and seafood apps at Olde Bay Cafe at Dunedin Marina. Headed home then, very tired. Shower and 2 hr nap and then watched football for rest of day.
